Calls ring the right extension and requests land on staff mobiles as tickets, tracked until they're done.

What is HotelGenie?
HotelGenie is a cloud voice and guest communications platform for hotels, casinos and senior living communities. It puts the room phone on the guest's own mobile or an in-room tablet, runs the property phone system as a cloud PBX, and adds guest messaging, Alexa in-room voice, E911 and staff request routing on one platform.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open HotelGenie from a QR code or link in the browser on their own phone. From there they can call the front desk, order room service, request housekeeping and message staff without installing anything.
Can HotelGenie replace our hotel PBX?
Yes. HotelGenie runs room extensions, auto attendants, call queues and voicemail as a cloud PBX with an operator console. You keep your existing numbers and compatible SIP or analog handsets, so the switch is easy on your team and invisible to guests.
Is HotelGenie compliant with Kari's Law?
HotelGenie supports Kari's Law and RAY BAUM'S Act requirements with direct 911 dialing, room-level dispatchable location and instant on-site notifications to staff by SMS, email and voice. It works alongside T1, PRI or SIP phone systems.

New revenue · Guest marketing
The room phone, bedside tablet and guest app double as your own in-room ad network. Promote upgrades, dining, spa and events at the moment guests decide, and sell premium placement to on- and off-property partners.
Interactive simulator
Tap Front Desk and hear how the call is answered, order room service or message the concierge. This is what guests see on their own phone or an in-room tablet, with no download.
Demo only, with a sample voice. No real calls, orders or messages are sent.
