We use your information to reply to your request, schedule and run demos, send information you asked for, provide support, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we may text you about your request, demo or account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help, or email info@hotelgenie.app.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, CRM and messaging providers, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Hotel guests using HotelGenie at a property

When you use HotelGenie as a guest at a partner property, the hotel decides what information is collected and how it is used. Guest messages about services like housekeeping, dining or property updates stop automatically at check-out unless you agree to more. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@hotelgenie.app. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Disputes
